Learners will establish a purpose for goals, align goals across all levels of the organization, and support employees to grow and develop. Participants will see how strong development planning and goal setting contributes to wider organizational benefits including performance management, succession planning and employee engagement. Participants will be a model to understand how to connect strategy to the performance of employees. Leaders receive tools to support employees to co-create their development plan.
